La fermentazione avviene in vasche d’acciaio alla temperatura controllata di 28 °C, con una macerazione sulle bucce di una ventina di giorni. Il vino matura per 12 mesi in barrique, in parte nuove e in parte già utilizzate e completa l’affinamento con alcuni mesi in bottiglia.
